Kappy's provides free shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia. All orders below $50 attract a standard postage fee of $8.50 to any destination within Australia. Kappy's uses the standard Australia Post service with tracking numbers provided upon dispatch. International shipping is available at cost, please enquire via email if this is required.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kappy's purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, then upon presentation of your product with proof of purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.
