A Kappy’s favourite of the last few years this is a snooze inducing brew for which true to its name I didn’t write the original recipe down and it took months to get it straight again. The tea contains a multitude of herbs steeped in folklore, Oak Bark, Valerian (just a splash), Vervain, Mistletoe and Hawthorn to name a few and these are turned through a base of Damina. The result is a genuine sleepy tea, herbally sweet to taste.
